Welcome to the Kumiho Administrative Protocol. By accessing the Kumiho Dashboard ('Leylands') or utilizing its associated bot services, you enter into a binding agreement with the Kumiho Development Network. These protocols are designed to maintain the balance and performance of our private infrastructure while ensuring a premium experience for all sanctioned sanctuaries.

Access to Kumiho is granted on an invitation-only basis. The Kumiho Council reserves the right to authenticate or revoke access to any sanctuary at its sole discretion, based on adherence to our harmony standards and technical compatibility. This service is provided as-is, focusing on high-fidelity performance and cinematic aesthetics for the elite Discord community.

Acceptable Conduct

Users within a sanctioned sanctuary must ensure their interactions with Kumiho leylines do not disrupt the collective experience. This includes, but is not limited to, maintaining respectful communication in support registries and adhering to the creative guidelines established for the Canvas Engine and other dynamic modules.

Automated data harvesting, scraping, or the deployment of 'shadow bots' to probe Kumiho's infrastructure is strictly prohibited. Such actions are viewed as a breach of the digital veil and will result in immediate termination of the offending sanctuary's access and potential reporting to global Discord authorities.

Users are responsible for the content they generate using Kumiho tools. While we provide the cinematic framework, the intent and projection remain the responsibility of the sanctuary's administrators and members. We do not tolerate the use of our aesthetic engine to propagate discord or harmful narratives.

Service Evolution

Kumiho is a living project, constantly evolving its leylines and modules. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any fragment of the service—be it a seasonal theme, an analytics module, or the core dashboard—at any time. Such changes are often implemented to improve the cinematic fidelity or technical stability of the network.

Major updates to the administrative protocols will be broadcasted via the Dashboard Pulse. Continued use of the service following such broadcasts constitutes acceptance of the refined protocols. We encourage regular review of these documents to ensure your sanctuary remains in alignment with our technical vision.

Technical Boundaries

The Kumiho Network operates within strictly defined resource boundaries. Attempting to bypass these limits through exploit or architectural manipulation is a violation of our harmony protocols. We monitor all temporal anomalies within our asset pipelines to ensure fair distribution of resources to all active sanctuaries.

Our commitment to high-performance rendering means we occasionally purge inactive data blocks. Sanctuaries that remain dormant for extended periods may find their custom projections archived or deleted to maintain the network's sub-100ms response targets.

Finally, all intellectual property associated with the Kumiho branding, its cinematic rendering logic, and its custom design tokens remains the exclusive property of the Kumiho Development Network. Authorized use within your sanctuary does not constitute a transfer of ownership or a license for reproduction.
